Super Eagles sensational centre Defender Anthony Izuchukwu has stated that his dream is to captain Nigeria National Senior team before he will retire from active football.
Izuchukwu who was part of the 21 players invited for the FIFA friendly match against Cameroon recently explained that he has all it takes to gain a permanent place as well wear a captain band soonest.
He said, “I believe it not how well you start, it how well you finish, i will captain the national team one day, screanshot this message and save it.
Speaking on the team goalless played yesterday, Izuchukwu maintained that, “Thought it wasn’t an easy task for us but we could have done better.
“The result also is not a bad one, Cameroon was also a decent team well prepared but i think we are more better just little ill-luck on our own side,” Izuchukwu told asgnsport.com
