Super Eagles winger Samuel Kalu has said his experience and participation in the just ended AFCON tournament has improved his game in the club level.
Samuel kalu was among the 23 registered players that won bronze medal for Nigeria in Egypt after defeating Tunisia in the third place match.
In a chat with www.realSportscast24.co.uk, Kalu revealed his excitement on the 90 minutes played in their first away league match against Anger FC which they lost 3-1.
According to him,” I feel happy starting the match against Anger FC, although we lost but it was a good start for me because I played 90 minutes,” he said.
“Though It was a bad result for us but all hope is not lose, we have to work harder, put more effort and focus to make sure we have a good result in our next match,” Samuel Kalu added.
Speaking on his past experience with the Super Eagles, Kalu said,” I have alot of experience in AFCON. Having played against big players in EPL and LA-Liga impacted so much in me.
He however assured that their next home will end up positively.
